Chief Executive Officer
Board of Directors
Jonathan Giuliano has held senior operating and consulting positions with global companies. He has advised CXOs and boards of directors of more than 90 companies on strategy and innovation, including 14 of the Global 100. As an officer and operating executive with midmarket and New York Stock Exchange corporations, he has led high-growth companies and turnarounds in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Switzerland. He teaches global strategy, new ventures, and strategy implementation at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where MBA students have twice voted him professor of the year. After receiving degrees at Colgate University and the University of Virginia, he earned a doctorate at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, England.
James R. Simons
James R. Simons is a serial entrepreneur, investor and chief executive with experience ranging from early stage to Fortune 500 companies in industries to include financial and business services, SaaS, logistics, digital media, data analytics, consumer products, real estate and natural resources and has served as CEO, COO, CFO, Chief Investment Officer, sales officer and compliance officer.
Jim was a founder, operating and investing executive or venture partner at RS Holdings.; McKinley Holdings; AYH Holdings; Ainsley Park, LLC and Shelty-Viking, LLC which were engaged in a variety of investing, operating and consulting activities and has advised many dozens of companies ranging from Fortune 10 companies to investment funds to start ups on strategy, operations, finance, sales, change management and turnaround, mergers and acquisitions.
Jim has served as a board member or interim executive at Brandmovers, Rewardian, SignUp4 (acquired by NYSE:CVT), VueLogic (acquired by InMar), One Fiduciary Group, Simos Insourcing Solutions (acquired by NYSE: TBI), Above Board Advisors, Stratford Insurance Company and Urban Services.
He was a vice president at Lehman Brothers and Equitable and an operations manager at Circuit City Stores.
Jim was a Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and was a United States Army Infantry Officer and veteran of the Persian Gulf War and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Ron Garmon sits on our executive board and lends his invaluable advice to our operations. Over 20 years of international management experience with Equifax and Vuelogic has granted him a wealth of operational expertise in the realms of consumer data monetization and consumer data privacy.
Michele Sarkisian, President of P3Advisors.biz, has joined the Brandmovers board of directors effective immediately. Michele comes with a great deal of experience in the Sales and Marketing and Employee Effectiveness arenas. Prior to forming her own consulting firm earlier this year, Michele spent nearly 29 years with Maritz, a global provider of Sales and Marketing and People Engagement services. Michele ran several sectors over the years with her most recent Maritz leadership role being the Senior Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Group which housed Maritz’ largest growth accounts including hospitality loyalty clients such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Southwest Airlines and more. Michele understands the marketplace in areas BMI intends to grow and dominate including Retail, Consumer Products and Hospitality. She knows large account management and satisfaction and is a zealot for innovation. Michele also serves on the Advisory Boards of Cornell University’s Center for Hospitality Research.
